Embracing the Future (As a Concept)

I think that I don't use enough jargon. In my blog, in my life, in my cooking. More jargon. I'm going to come up with some "power words" (pow-words?) and develop a whole life philosophy, and then market it.

I'm thinking about starting a new blog. And get this--it's going to be about learning to program! I'm surrounded by programmers, and I don't even know what it means to program. So, I thought to myself, it's time to figure out what the hell my boyfriend does all day long. And then maybe I could make something! Of my life!

Oh! Exciting! I went to Copynight last night, and it was a lot of fun. Seriously. There were a lot of lawyers there, and I learned that I could get sued for linking to a website from my blog, unless I am commenting on it. Actually, I feel more confused about copyright law than before, but I think it's mainly because I just think that I should be able to do whatever I want on the internet, because it's the INTERNET for chrissakes! Come on, people!

Sappho is drinking unsweetened organic soymilk from my cereal bowl. I swear, that cat has boundary issues. That is MY soymilk, cat.
